Walking Pal- Kunghur Flying Fox

Hello, first time post here but not unfamiliar with bushwalking! I’ll cut to the chase. I am wondering if anyone would be interested in heading out to the Kunghur Flying Fox track/ Sphinx rock. I have made the attempt late last year but found the track impassable without a Machete. It has certainly been done before with many references on the old Nimbin Bushwalkers website. Ideally an overnight return, not for the faint of hearted. Trail commences from the end of Pholis Gap.

I’m thinking a weekend in the near future.

Mate I’d love to give it a crack but always need time to organise and pencil into my busy life/schedule. If you don’t find anyone and still want to do it in a couple of months let me know.
