Bush Walkies Badges is an all Australian designed and made side project from Jess Saunders. An avid hiker and artist who just wanted to make a some cute gifts for friends she adventures with.
As an ex girl gide and current rural fire brigade member badges have always shown attainment and love of completing difficult things. It’s turned into a problem, embroidery commissions have a minimum. It started with The Acropolis in TAS, she was sure this already had a badge and wanted to give it to her sister after completing the climb. But no it doesn’t. Many more hikes and many more friends without a badge to be found. Now a collection!
Little bush walking rewards for people completing epic missions! Some walks already have cool badges but most don’t. Jess is working on it as she completes multiday adventures with mates across the country.
